* Master degree, Cll certification will be given preference.
* Minimum 8 years experience in medical insurance / underwriting of which minimum 4 years are management experience with a broker of repute.
* Must have existing relationships with insurance companies in the local market.
* Proven track record as a team leader managing, training and developing a team.
* experienced in analyzing data, preparing quotes based on client requirements and negotiating best terms.
* Experience in management reporting using existing database.
